Yes! I am currently in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Medicare, Wellpoint, First Health, and Superior Healthcare.

Please check with your insurance provider to determine if dietitian services are covered and the number of visits allowed. 

Self payment is also available for appointments and I am happy to provide a superbill for our visits to request reimbursement from your insurance company, if needed. 

For self-pay appointments:

Initial 55 minute visit:  $150

Follow-up 55 minutes:  $140

Follow-up 30 minutes:  $70

If payment is made on the day of the appointment, I offer a 20% prompt pay discount ($120 for initial visit, $112 for 1 hr follow up). 

I accept online payments through my secure virtual platform, SimplePractice, LLC. Most credit and debit cards are accepted including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Our services are eligible for payment from Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Saving Accounts (HSA). Payments by check are also accepted. 

If insurance will be billed for the visit, a doctor's referral may be required. Please contact me, and we can determine if a referral is needed. If the visit will be self pay, a referral is not required. Referral forms are located under the "For Providers" tab. 

As a registered dietitian, I am able to provide nutrition counseling for diagnosed conditions such as diabetes, prediabetes, elevated blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, fatty liver, heart attack or stroke, cancer and cancer treatments and their side effects, and abnormal weight gain or weight loss. I am also very passionate about using nutrition to help you reduce the risk of being diagnosed with a chronic condition in the first place.

The number of appointments needed will vary from person to person, depending on your goals and for some, on insurance coverage available for visits. We can decide at our initial visit what would work best for you. 

Appointments are available virtually or in person at offices located in Austin, Texas on North Lamar Blvd. I am licensed as a registered dietitian in Texas, so virtual dietitian services are available to anyone living in the state of Texas.  You must be in Texas at the time of our appointment due to my licensing requirements.
